Mechanism
LED red light with wavelength 625nm can deeply penetrate the human body. It stimulates the skin and promotes the production of the energy source for cells known as adenosine triphosphate (ATP). By increasing ATP, the production of elastin and collagen also increases and normal cellular function can be restored. As a result, it speeds up blood circulation, recovers aging or damaged skin, fills in fine lines and wrinkles, diminishes pore size, reduces redness, improves skin tone, texture and clarity, promotes inflammation relieving and wound healing, and helps to improving human immunity.
In response to 465nm LED blue light therapy on the acne, molecules within acne-causing bacteria (propionibacterium acnes) produce singlet oxygen and free radicals that cause the bacteria self-destruct. When the bacteria are destroyed can skin rejuvenation and the normalization of cellular function takes place. The blue light can also suppress the thriving secretion of sebaceous gland, balance the skin oil secretion and improve the condition of pores visible. |
