    Technical Support

    Installation support: Installation of the Products supplied by the Supplier shall be carried out as stipulated in the Standard Terms and Conditions of sale or in accordance with terms and conditions additionally stipulated in the Order (Contract).

    Training: The Distributors representative(s) is obliged to undergo training necessary for operating the Products and carrying out their service maintenance. The training is carried out at Suppliers at the samples of the Products ordered by the Distributor in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions. The term of carrying out the training should be stipulated additionally. The Distributor bears all the expenses on his representative(s) business trips for training.
